H.R. 5426 and S. 366. Support to require EPA to finalize a proposed rule to amend the spill prevention, control and countermeasures rule to tailor and streamline the requirements for the dairy industry and other purposes.
H.R. 910 and S. 483. Energy Tax Prevention Act of 2011. Support this to amend the Clean Water Act (CWA) to prohibit EPA regulating emissions of a greenhouse gas (GHG). This excludes GHG's from the definition of "air pollutant" for purposes of addressing climate changes.
H.R. 872. "Reducing Regulatory Burden Act of 2011". Support amendment to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act and the Federal Water Control Act to clarify Congressional intent regarding the regulation of the use of pesticides in or near navigable waters and for other purposes.
H.R. 1. Supported the amendment H. Amdt. 230, to H.R. 1, the Full Year Continuing Appropriations Act of 2011. This amendment withholds funding from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to develop, promulgate, evaluate and implement its Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) requirements for the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.

H.R. 1. Full Year Continuing Appropriations Act of 2011. Opposed the amendment that would prohibit funding of the Market Access Program (MAP), which serves as an important boost to U.S. agriculture exports.
