S. 1832 "The Marketplace Fairness Act" and H.R. 3179 " The Marketplace Equity Act" - lobbied to support the collection of remote sales and use taxes owed to state and local governments.
Leasehold Improvement Depreciation: lobbied to pass tax provisions for 15-year leasehold improvement depreciation.
Brownfields Remediation Expensing: lobbied to pass tax provisions for the expensing of brownfields remediation costs, and to provide a "carry-forward" provision allowing developers to use the incentive in future years.
