for Sec. 301 tariffs
Section 301 Tariffs Lists 1-4 - Support full and immediate removal of Sec. 301 tariffs,
including U.S. tariffs and Chinas retaliatory tariffs and achieve meaningful changes
to address Chinas unfair trade practices that put American technology, innovation
and intellectual property at risk
- Extend Duty Deferral for an additional two months (May and June) and 2) cover all
duties (301, 232, etc.).
- Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (H.R. 6210 / S. 3471) - block certain imports
from the region to the United States if U.S. Customs and Border Protection determines
they were made via forced labor and authorizes additional sanctions for human rights
violations
